My philosophy is simple: Prevention is better than cure.
I aim to address the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms, helping you achieve long-term results.
As the lead therapist at Precision Sports Injury Clinic, I am passionate about helping clients overcome pain and injuries through a combination of
manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and strength training. With a background in coaching and strength and conditioning, I understand the importance of movement, performance, and injury prevention. My treatments are rooted in the belief that prevention is better than cure and focus on addressing the underlying causes of pain to ensure long-term results.
I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Injuries and Return to Performance Management, expanding my expertise and staying at the forefront of advanced rehabilitation techniques. Whether you’re an athlete, weekend warrior, or someone dealing with persistent pain, I’m committed to providing the highest level of care to support your recovery.
